Progress Login
How do I use the Progress Login?
- Click the ‘+’ next to ‘Microverse Progress Map’ in the member site sidebar. You can also access from the Member Menu in the top right-hand corner, under the same ‘Microverse Progress Map’ menu dropdown.
- Click the ‘Progress Login’ button.
- Enter the email address associated with your Micro Squad member account.
- Then enter the preset program password – fitnessbff The preset password is noted on the Progress Login page if you forget.
- Click the ‘Login’ button.
How do I know if I’m logged in with the Progress Login?
If you don't see your progress on the Microverse Progress Map and only see our programs and quests, this means you are not logged in using the Progress Login.
If you are accessing the Micro Squad member site from multiple devices, you will need to use the Progress Login for each new device.
What if my Progress Login isn’t working?
Our support team asks that you please be sure you do not have caps lock on and have not included any spaces. The preset password is case sensitive and is all one word.

Track Your Progress
How do I track my fitness progress?
To track your progress on the member site, utilize the ‘Mark Complete’ buttons on the workout pages. Doing this will allow you to utilize out Microverse Progress Map page and really see the progress you’re making!

Where can I see my fitness progress?
To see your progress, visit the Microverse Progress Map page.
This page includes progress you’ve made with our class library workouts, which classes you’ve completed and haven’t completed, your program progress, any program victory certificates you’ve received, a catalog of our workout quests, and our newly released workouts.
Mark Complete Buttons
How do I mark a workout class complete?
All our workouts featured in the Class Library have a “Mark Complete” button to allow you to save and track your progress. The Mark Complete button is located at the bottom of the workout page.
How do I mark a program or quest complete?
All our programs and quests also have a “Mark Complete” button to allow you to save and track your progress. The Mark Complete button is located at the bottom of the page.
What if I don’t see the Mark Complete button?
If you do not see the Mark Complete button or it is “missing”, as shown below. It means that you are not logged into the Progress Login. If you are accessing the Micro Squad member site from multiple devices, you will need to use the Progress Login for each new device. Once logged in with the Progress Login, you will seldom need to use that login again.
If you have not used the Progress Login, the navigation buttons at the bottom of the page will look like this:
Bookmarks
How do I bookmark a workout class?
All our workout and lesson pages have the bookmark function available when you use the Progress Login. The Bookmark button is located at the bottom of the workout page, also in the lower left-hand corner.
Where are my bookmarked workouts?
Your bookmarks can be found in the ‘Bookmarked Workouts’ tab located in the member site sidebar located on the left side of any member site page.
