Are there any additional fees?
There are no sign-up fees, cancellation fees, or hidden fees to join The Micro Squad. All our memberships are billed month-to-month which allows our members flexibility.
How do I change/update my credit card?
To update your credit card information, follow these steps:
- Open the Member Menu located in the top right hand corner of the member site. The member menu appears on all member site pages.
- Click ‘My Account’ from the navigation and a pop-up menu will appear.
- In the pop-up menu, under the ‘Billing’ section, click the ‘Update Credit Card’ link.
- Then enter your new/updated card information and click ‘Update Credit Card’ button again to save.
When can I cancel my membership?
Our members are able to cancel their membership at any time because all our memberships are billed month-to-month to allow for flexibility. No gym contracts here. There are also no sign-up fees, cancellation fees, or hidden fees.
How do I cancel my membership?

- In the pop-up menu, under the ‘Billing’ section, click the ‘View or cancel plans’ link.
- Then click the ‘Cancel subscription’ link under the membership plan you want to cancel.
Is there an annual membership option?
We do not offer an annual membership option at this time.
Our members are free to join, cancel, and re-join at any time with no sign-up fees, cancellation fees, or other hidden fees. Our memberships are billed month-to-month to allow for flexibility. No gym contracts here.
We want everyone to feel strong, confident, and great in their bodies while working out. The Micro Squad is flexible and inclusive for everyone, so we created our membership options to be flexible too!
How do I cancel my Glitter trial membership?
Our 2-week trial membership is free and there is no credit card required to sign up. After the two weeks is up, access to our member site will expire automatically, and there are no further steps you need to take to cancel or end your trial.
