In-Person & Discord Events

While Micro Squad and Valkyrie Squad workouts are virtual, we do have several in-person and Discord community exclusive live events!

Community exclusive live events are announced in our “Announcements” and “Events” Discord channels.

Smart Watch Discord Channel

Track your activities and compete with other Valkyries in our weekly group challenge! Each week in our “Fitness Watch” Discord channel, we post a link for members to join that week’s challenge. Challenges are posted Sunday evenings and run from Monday through to the following Sunday. Points for each challenge are calculated using your movement score (however your watch calculates this).

If you have specific questions about the challenge, or how to use the app, you can find support in the “Fitness Watch” channel in the Valkyrie Squad Discord Community.
