How do I stay up-to-date with Micro Squad news?
We announce all new workouts, programs and quests in our email newsletter, in our Discord Communities, and on Instagram. Signing up for our monthly newsletter is the best way to have all things Micro Squad sent straight to your inbox. Be sure to have Discord notifications on for those channels and follow us on social media too!
How often do you release workouts?
We usually have a new release once a month, but we don’t release our videos on a specific schedule – workouts are released when we think they’re perfect for you!
Is there a schedule or calendar I can follow?
Class Library Workouts
Our class workouts can be done at your own pace! This allows our members flexibility to fit working out into their schedule when it works best for them.
Program Workouts
All our programs include a downloadable calendar that you can use digitally or print out to follow along. These schedules ensure you get the most out of the program as the workouts inside are progressional and continually build-on what you're learning. They help you keep track of where you are in the program, not to force you to complete the program in a certain time. Skip days or take breaks as needed, the schedule is more like a guideline than a rule.
Workout Quests
If you need help choosing a workout, check out our themed Workout Quests! These are curated month-long calendars to help you explore our workouts while taking the guesswork out of which workout video to choose. These quests live on the member site permanently and can be done at any time to fit your schedule.

Are there any additional fees?
There are no sign-up fees, cancellation fees, or hidden fees to join The Micro Squad. All our memberships are billed month-to-month which allows our members flexibility.
Do you offer a trial membership?
Yes! We offer a free 2-week trial membership we call Glitter.
Our Glitter trial membership gives you access to 12 curated videos to introduce you to our fandom workouts (including Valkyrie Training), zodiac collection and our Bala* classes to give you a sprinkle of who we are & what our workout style is!
*Bala brand equipment is not required to do these workouts.

Do your workout videos have closed captions?
Yes! We want our videos and fitness to be as accessible as possible, so all of our workout videos have closed captions available.
Can I bookmark workouts?
Yes! You can bookmark any workout class in our library. You can view your bookmarks by clicking the ‘Bookmarked Workouts’ button in the member site sidebar that appears on every member page.
Can I track what workouts I’ve completed?
Yes! All our workouts featured in the Class Library have a “Mark Complete” button to allow you to save and track your progress.

Is there an online community?
Yes! Beyond our workout content, we’ve created a safe and welcoming space for all our squad members to find friendship, motivation, to connect and share their journey. When you join one of our paid memberships, you’ll gain access to the Micro Squad and Valkyrie Squad Discord communities.
Does the member site have an app?
We do not have an app so that we keep our member site available worldwide.

What payment options are available?
All our memberships are billed month-to-month which allows our members flexibility.
We accept payments through Stripe, which accepts most major debit and credit cards. To see Stripe’s supported currencies see here.
We also allow for Apple & Google Pay. You can access these payments types by viewing the Join page from an Apple or Android device*. You will see the option appear next to the regular credit card option.
*Apple & Google Pay options will not show on desktop.
What equipment do I need to join?
Most of our workouts require no extra equipment*. Our workouts are created with flexibility in mind for our members, so you can do them anywhere, anytime!
Any programs that require additional equipment will have a suggest equipment list guide included.
Some of our themed workouts have a few prop recommendations to make the workout extra fun; but these are not required.
