Community
Is there an online community?
Yes! Beyond our workout content, we’ve created a safe and welcoming space for all our squad members to find friendship, motivation, to connect and share their journey. When you join one of our paid memberships, you’ll gain access to the Micro Squad and Valkyrie Squad Discord communities.
How do I get access to the Discord?
Members can find the links to access the Discord communities on the Member Dashboard page of our member site* using the Join Our Discord Community button, where a new section will appear giving access to the Micro Squad and Valkyrie Squad Discord servers.
* Links to our communities will not be included in this website to remain private, safe and exclusive to our members. We strongly ask that our members also keep these communities private.
Upon cancellation of your Micro Squad membership, our moderators will remove you from our Discord communities.
Our Community Guidelines
- You must have an active Micro Squad membership to remain in the server.
- Don't be an asshole. Plain and simple. Be respectful of everyone's journey.
- Respect other members pronouns and gender identities. Alternate ways to address the group are Valkyries, y'all, friends, or badasses!
- This is a safe place to share your fitness journey.
- If you are sharing food sensitive subjects like calories, weight loss, or body image, please be respectful of other members and place trigger warnings and censors before sharing your message.
- If you are sharing book spoilers, please add warnings or censor the text before posting your message.
- We have a strict no solicitation policy in our Discord community.
- Small Shop Guidelines: We love sharing and supporting small businesses, but we ask that you follow these two guidelines when self promoting: Only post in the dedicated Small Shop Channel, and only post 2 times within a 30 day window about your shop and/or new releases.
- Failure to comply with the rules will result in a warning first, but continued violation of the rules will result in banning.
