Microverse
The Microverse is what we call the world we’ve created on our membership site!
It is also a page on our website and act as our version of a site map for all our workout classes. It was created to help you wander and navigate through all of the workout content The Micro Squad offers.
Microverse Progress Map
The Microverse Progress Map is a dedicated page to show your fitness journey. This page showcases the progress you’ve made with our class library workouts, showing you which workouts you have completed and which you have not. You’ll also see your program progress, any program victory certificates you’ve achieved, the catalog of our workout quests, and our newly release workouts.
Program
A program is an organized group of classes based on one topic which spans over a month or a longer period of time. These classes are structured by one Squad Leader to help you progress along in your fitness journey.
There is an order to watch these classes to build a strong foundation, increase strength, and master one topic by the time you complete the program. Programs can be taken at your leisure as there are no deadlines and they are open programs.
Program Login
The Program Login specifically allows you to save your program progress, bookmark workouts and mark workouts complete. While the main Micro Squad Login is specific to your account and billing information.

Program Progress
The Program Progress page is where you can also keep track of your completed program progress. You will see which programs you’ve yet to complete and be able to jump back in where you left off last time. Your progress is tracked on the Program Progress page, as well as on the Microverse Progress Map page.
Program Vault
As we release new Micro Squad programs, they need somewhere to live, this is that place! The Program Vault houses active programs available to Micro Squad members. Think of the Program Vault for Programs, as the Class Library for Workout Classes.
Spice Rating
We like our workouts, how we like our books… SPICY!
On most of our workouts (not including any stretching, mobility and yoga workouts) you can rate the level of spiciness and also see what other squad members have rated it. So don’t forget to cast your vote on each workout!
Squad Secret Fixes
When in doubt, foam roll!
Squad Secret Fixes is a curated group of videos by our leaders to help you along your fitness journey. These videos are that secret fix to that annoying pain you’ve had. These videos focus on mobility and foam rolling.
Squad-Venture
Squad-ventures are when The Micro Squad community is doing a workout quest as a community; these happen when a new quest is released.
We post these community activities on Instagram and love to see when our members repost their completed schedules, and we also chat all things squad-venture in the Discord!
We create new channels for each quest in our Discord server.
Warrior Recovery
Warrior recovery is a group of curated videos to help you along your fitness journey, they are the same as Squad Secret Fixes. We use this term specifically in the Valkyrie Squad program, as it’s more on brand.
Workout Quests
If you need help choosing a workout though, check out our themed Workout Quests! These are curated month-long calendars that will help you explore our workouts while taking the guesswork out of which workout video to choose. These quests live on the member site permanently and can be done at any time to fit your schedule.
